All students must fill out this registration form to do a free demo lesson, private lessons, group classes, and/or any other event at our music school locations. This agreement does not mean you will be charged for classes. You must call after filling this form out to schedule lessons and/or your demo class/lesson. Also you need to call to book your spot with credit/debit card information ready to go. We can not and will not book your spot for lessons without payment information. All payments are auto-debited with NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not accept cash, checks, or any other type of payment other than the auto-debit system we have in place. Texas Guitarville Music Schools has four locations: Keller, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Haslet. Our Keller location is in old town close to Keller Tavern. Our Grapevine location is in the Grapevine Antique Market. Flower Mound location is off of 1171 (cross timbers road) by the Cristina's Mexican Restaurant. Our Haslet location is off of highway 114 on the way to the city of Rhome, Texas. We offer guitar, piano, voice, drums, mandolin, violin, banjo and ukelele lessons. Rock Band and private lessons are available. All ages and skill levels are welcome. We hope to jam with you soon!
